Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PrintSticker.com and all orders placed through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Printexpress (Thailand) Co., Ltd. ("PrintSticker", "we", "us").

1. Orders and Payment

• All orders require full payment before production begins.
• Prices are shown in USD. Currency conversion is handled by Stripe or PayPal at their current rates.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., for copyright-infringing content).
• Prices shown in the calculator are valid for the current session. We reserve the right to update pricing without notice.

2. Artwork and Intellectual Property

• By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the design or have the legal right to reproduce it.
• You retain all intellectual property rights to your uploaded artwork.
• We will not use your artwork for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
• We reserve the right to refuse printing of content that: infringes third-party trademarks or copyrights, depicts illegal content, or violates our community standards.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your artwork does not infringe on any third-party rights.

3. Proof Approval

• A digital proof is sent via email before production on every order.
• Production begins only after you confirm proof approval.
• By approving the proof, you accept responsibility for the content, layout, colors, and dimensions shown.
• We are not liable for errors in approved artwork (spelling mistakes, wrong colors, incorrect dimensions in your file).

4. Production and Delivery

• Production times (3–5 business days) are estimates and not guaranteed unless a rush order is confirmed in writing.
• Shipping times are provided by DHL and are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.
• Risk passes to the buyer upon handoff to DHL. We file claims for lost shipments on your behalf.
• Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Quality and Refunds

Our refund and reprint policy is detailed in the Refund Policy page and is incorporated into these terms by reference. Key points:

• We guarantee our print quality. Defective prints are reprinted or refunded.
• Custom-printed products cannot be returned for change of mind.
• Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrintSticker's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.

7. Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nonthaburi Province, Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
