💰 Ordering & Pricing
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is 50 pieces per design. For sticker sheets, the minimum is 25 sheets.
How do I get a price?
Use our instant quote calculator on the homepage or at /quote. It adjusts in real-time by product, size, finish, quantity, and destination country. No email required.
Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?
Yes. Pricing scales down significantly at 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,500 pieces. Wholesale customers ordering 2,500+ per month can request our B2B pricing tier with additional discounts.
Can I order multiple designs in one shipment?
Yes. Order each design separately on the website, then note in the order comments that you want them combined into one shipment. We will consolidate and issue a shipping refund if applicable.
Do you offer a sample pack?
Yes — we offer a $9 physical sample pack that includes all our main materials and finishes: gloss vinyl, matte vinyl, holographic, soft-touch, and clear. Order it via the homepage or WhatsApp.
📁 File Setup & Artwork
What file formats do you accept?
Vector: Adobe Illustrator (.ai), EPS, PDF. Raster: PNG (preferred), JPG. Minimum 300 DPI at final print size. See our full artwork guide in the Blog for detailed setup instructions.
Do I need to include a die-cut line in my file?
For custom shapes: yes. Create a separate layer named "Dieline" with a 0.25pt stroke in a unique spot color and no fill. For standard shapes (rectangle, oval, circle), just tell us the dimensions — no line needed.
What color mode should I use?
CMYK. RGB colors will be converted before printing and some bright/neon colors will shift. For best results, work in CMYK from the start.
How much bleed do I need?
3mm bleed on all sides. Keep important elements (text, logos) at least 3mm inside the cut line.
Can you help me fix my artwork file?
Minor fixes (bleed extension, color mode conversion) are free. Major redesigns are not included but we can refer you to our partner designers. Send your file on WhatsApp and we will review it within 2 hours.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes, always. We send a digital proof via email before starting production on every order. Production begins only after you approve it.
🚚 Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
3–5 business days from proof approval. Rush 24-hour production is available for a 25% surcharge — contact us before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders via DHL Express from Bangkok, Thailand. Delivery times: USA/Canada 5–7 days, Europe 4–6 days, Australia/NZ 5–7 days, Southeast Asia 2–4 days. These are business days.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to 220+ countries via DHL Express. The quote calculator shows the shipping cost for your destination. A few restricted countries (North Korea, Iran, etc.) cannot be served via DHL.
Is shipping tracked?
Yes. DHL provides full door-to-door tracking. Your tracking number is emailed when your order ships. You can also track at /track using your order number and email.
What are the import/customs fees?
Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. For the EU (VAT), UK (VAT), USA (de minimis $800), most orders fall below duty thresholds. We declare accurate commercial values on all shipments.
✨ Products & Materials
How durable are your vinyl stickers?
Our vinyl die-cut stickers are rated for 3–5 years outdoor use. They are waterproof, UV-resistant, and dishwasher-safe (matte finish). We use PVC vinyl with a UV laminate topcoat.
What is the difference between gloss and matte finish?
Gloss has a shiny surface and makes colors look more vivid. Matte has a soft, non-reflective surface with a premium feel and is fingerprint-resistant. Soft-touch matte has a velvety texture.
Can I get white ink on clear vinyl?
Yes. For designs on clear vinyl that need an opaque white background, include a separate "White" spot color layer in your file. See our artwork guide in the Blog for setup instructions.
Are your stickers food-safe?
Standard PVC vinyl stickers are not certified food-safe. If you need labels for food products that come in direct contact with food, please contact us for our food-safe label options.
Can you do special finishes like foil or embossing?
We do not currently offer foil stamping or embossing. We do offer gloss, matte, soft-touch matte, and all holographic variants (rainbow, silver laser, prismatic).
💳 Payment & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe (all major credit/debit cards), PayPal, and bank wire transfer (for orders over $200). Payment is required before production begins.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Card payments are processed via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant) or PayPal. We never store your card details.
What is your refund policy?
If there is a print defect or quality issue on our part, we reprint at no charge or issue a full refund. Custom-printed products cannot be returned for change-of-mind. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before proof approval for a full refund. After you approve the proof and production begins, cancellation is not possible as materials have been committed.
