⏱ Total Lead Time
From order placement to delivery: typically 8–12 business days for most destinations. This includes 3–5 days production + 5–7 days DHL transit. Rush 24-hour production reduces this to 6–8 business days.

Common Questions
Can I request a specific delivery date?
We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but can prioritize rush production. Contact us with your deadline.
What if my package is lost?
We file a DHL claim on your behalf and ship a replacement at no cost. This rarely happens — DHL Express has an excellent track record.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
DHL Express requires a street address. PO Boxes are not deliverable.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — once your order passes a free-shipping threshold that varies by destination ($80–$200, see the table above), DHL Express shipping is free.
